When you have a small country, you can lay out the government in a very compact way. Such is the case in Luxembourg, where the top judicial operations are close together in the capital city ... and they are also very close to the other branches of government.
This is something of the plaza for the court system. We showed up on a Saturday, so there's not a lot going on. There are six buildings in the complex.
