Yes, it's this one. The Eastgate Clock in Chester. It's second only to Big Ben, in case the subject comes up in a game of Trivial Pursuit.
The Clock is on top of a bridge above a longtime gate to the city, which is surrounded by Roman walls. This gate has been around since 1768, but a clock was added in 1899 to celebrate a jubilee of Queen Victoria's reign. OK, they were two years later for that, but I'm sure Her Highness appreciated the gesture. It has a clock on all four sides.
I have a photo of the face of the clock from close range, but for whatever reason I found this shot more interesting because of the surroudings. The view from the clock is about what you'd expect:
