"African Queen" is on a list of legendary movies. Humphrey Bogart and Katherine Hepburn head down an African river together, finding adventures along the way.
More than a half-century later, the boat is still around and still floating. It's located in Key Largo on the south side of the key. If you are staying in Key Largo or even just driving down U.S. 1, you should stop to see it -- particularly if you've seen the movie. It won't take long. Visitors take a quick look around, snap a picture, and head on their way.
