It's in Novi Sad, Serbia, one of the cultural centers of the region traditionally. The exhibits are split up into art and natural history sections. Since there are 400,000 items available, there's a lot to see.
The list of artists represented is an interesting one. The names of Rubens and Rembrandt stand out for obvious reasons. But one list of the paintings, those two have an extra word after one of their words: "Stolen." Yes, they got swiped along the way.
This probably is more common than you'd think. Russia was famous for it at one point; it had to fill up the Hermitage somehow.
