It's the Gloriana, a royal barge located in St. Katharine Docks near the Tower Bridge. The vessel was commissioned for Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee in 2012, and led the way in the Thames Diamond Jubilee Caravan. The cost was a tidy 1.5-million pounds, and it was given to the Queen. She handed it off to the Gloriana Trust. The design resembles the one used by a boat that served the Lord Mayor of London in the 1800s.
The boat checks in at 94 feet and needs a crew of 18 to tend to 34 potential passengers. It carried the Olympic flame in 2012, and has been part of other celebrations in the past decade-plus. You will admit after watching the video that it captures the eye.
