Boppard, Germany: St. Severas Church

It's ABC time in Europe, as a fellow traveler put it - Another Beautiful Church. 

This basilica is St. Severas Church, located in the middle of downtown in Boppard. It was build in the 12th and 13th century over some Roman baths. 

You'll be happy to know it is still operating. In fact it has a Facebook page. Try explaining that idea to the builders, or better still, the Romans.
