"Sites and Places" was put into place in 2002 and is located in the Parque de la memoria. It is said to represent two wooden containers that traditionally have been used for cooking - particularly in the area of cheese.
It checks in at 100 tons and was done by Angel Garraza. The size is supposed to fit in with the big buildings with the neighborhood, which has large hotels and other buildings along the waterfront.
