Copenhagen, Denmark: Angel Statue

It's a little difficult to find information about this work of art. One source said the Angel Statue was designed to pay tribute to those who lost their lives in World War II.

No matter what the purpose, it's impressed. The structure is located in Kastellet, the park near the Little Mermaid statue.
