There are a variety of items here, mostly dedicated to some of the items that have made up Romania's history over the years - including metals and gems. There are a couple of permanent exhibitions and several temporary ones. Add it all up, and there are 650,000 items under its control.
It's worth noting that the facility is actually on the inside of the Post Office Palace. That has 60 rooms dedicated to the subject.
