This is the home of Sanoma, the largest newspaper in Finland. I tend to feel comfortable in such places - as long as I'm not asked to write headlines during a visit.
The structure is located right next door to the library. It was the first building in Helsinki to be constructed with a glass exterior, and created some controversy at the time. Environmentalists thought birds would fly into it regularly, and the finished product had a couple of extra floors on it that were originally planned.
Sanoma sold the place to a German firm in 2014 for 176 million Euros, but remains as a tenant. Other commercial enterprises are located there. You can even donate blood there.
