Yes, the winner is the Eiffel Bridge in Girona, Spain. Mr. Eiffel and Company put this pleasant structure up across the Onyar Tiver, connecting the old town and the new town. The red color certainly makes it stand out from a distance, which is a nice touch. It took about two years to finish, and it was completed in 1877. The bridge has done through some rehab projects, including one as recently as 2008.
I'm not sure the bridge would have had the same amount of attention if someone else had worked on it. But the connection is a nice touch.
