Jasper National Park, Alberta: Jasper Tramway
This photograph came out pretty well, I'd say.
The Jasper Tramway goes up Whistler's Mountain in Jasper National Park. It's definitely a must for those visiting the area, for the views are tremendous. The ride goes up more than 3,000 feet to an altitude of more than 7,000 feet, and you can walk up to the summit of the mountain if you are so inclined (so to speak).
By the way, be aware that the weather can change in a moment in this part of the world. Our trip down was delayed for about 30 minutes because of a sudden snowstorm. Surprise!
