If you find yourself in Salt Lake City, you should try to hear the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. They sing every week in the tabernacle itself, unless they are on tour somewhere.
The choir is the centerpiece of a syndicated television show, which is been airing somewhere all over the world for years and years. The audience is asked to keep quiet and still during the taping. Once the show is over, the choir does a couple of numbers and the listeners can applaud and take pictures.
When we were there, they did a particularly good version of "Born to Run."
